"First Friday and little league world series little league parade cross cutters events peewee football "
  • Chelsea M.
"As long as your dogs are on a leash they're welcome pretty much everywhere outside and even some businesses encourage bringing your dog inside or stop you to admire your dog. There are dog parks in the area as well. It is hard to find rentals that allow animals especially large animals such as dogs or they charge an outrageous fee to have them."
  • Chelsea M.
"Williamsport bus transit makes it very easy and affordable to get anywhere in the area and surrounding smaller area townships. Only downside is not really convenient if you live in the more rural parts of williamsport as buses keep within the "city" type of areas. Cabs can be expensive, but uber and Lyft are very popular here and STEP is a great public govt funded resource if you're lower income or unable to drive or use public transportation."
  • Janene J.
"Some areas are great & some not so great just like every other town. Schools are close, several in the area. "
  • Hamilgass
"Vallamont area is a beautiful neighborhood in Williamsport. The homes are majestic and well cared for."
  • S33criswell
"I am unaware of any community events that make the williamsport neighborhood special. There are two colleges. And a rolling rock beer fest type event. "
  • Srspringman
"Its normally friendly, but if youre looking to rent with a medium or large dog, there isnt much to rent"
  • Daujaturner14
"My neighborhood is very friendly the neighbors are great and itโ€™s not too loud nothing ever bad happens"
  • Sidney.g.capel
"I donโ€™t think thereโ€™s anything wrong, lots of dogs in the neighborhood. Very friendly place to live. "
  • Gitfidlr
"I love that it's a very quiet neighborhood. Some weekends it's hard to even hear anything going on. In the spring and summer, outdoor parties and bonfires are common."
  • Tw.white71
"I trust this area is very nice and quiet very nice people less traffic to also hopefully I can find something very nice apartment Iโ€™m still looking "
  • Tw.white71
"My neighbor hood is nice cause itโ€™s a park not too far from me good walking distance from and into the park"
  • Alyssa K.
"They would enjoy having the pastures and open fields. It allows for dogs to feel comfortable and enjoy the outdoors "
  • Bbustin
"Growing community with more families moving in. Good schools and parks. Very pet friendly area. Growing businesses. "
  • Kelseyhill336
"Great travel by bus and safe for kids but keep them away from strangers some of the people on the bus kiss your children and I personally donโ€™t like that"
  • Kathryn
"Nothing. I don't walk alone at night or even during the day. Neighbors are terrible and lots of crime and drugs. Move somewhere else. This isn't a nice place to be stuck in."
  • Susanne F.
"The park is right around the corner. Walking my dogs is no problem. I always carry plastic bags to clean up after them. "
  • Justin V.
"We have a small town community with access to many features of a city. Although williamsport is not a large city, there is plentiful shopping, adequate entertainment, and a wide variety of options for food. The community of Loyalsock is a wonderful suburb with all the benefits such as parks, recreation, cleanliness, and a wonderful school district. "
  • HH
"I've lived here for three years and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. it's diverse and friendly neighbors. "
  • Nastassiya R.
"A lot of stray animals but mainly cats large park to walk dogs in and safe area to walk with your dog alone. Not a lot of places that allow larger dogs to live there so wouldnโ€™t recommend "
  • Megan F. s.
"lots of parks and plenty of things to do downtown with the whole family. be sure to check out wine and design or the Glaze to Be."
  • Pam
"Great restaurants and live music venues. Good green spaces. Downtown area has a good vibe. Love to walk around town "
  • Twisted c.
"the daily commute to work or school is about 1/2 hour... however the ride is along the beautiful Loyalsock creek. Gorgeous scenery, birds and animals are an every day experience. No traffic jams, just a relaxing ride."
  • Pam
"Live music * Good local restaurants. * great downtown * community art center brings in variety of entertainment "
  • Twisted c.
"You can own multiple pets, use a underground fence for freedom to run, and walk you dogs anywhere. You are not reported for barking dogs because houses are spread out."
  • Trulia User
"Loyalsock is a great area to live in with excellent schools! It's pretty quiet and people are very friendly too. I highly recommend the Loyalsock area!"
  • Bigtjssh
"I live above my job so I just have to wake up and walk downstairs. Parking is the biggest issue because not a lot of apartments have free parking. "
  • Rick8735
"I have lived here for 7 years. Great neighborhood. friendly people, safe area, plenty of shopping."
  • Duane S.
"lived here for three years and it's a quiet neighborhood. Peaceful could use more for children to do, other than that it's beautiful. "
