  • Janmlund
"Best neighborhood in Billerica is Heritage Heights! Spacious lots and nice walking area to get exercise and go dog walking. Close to center of town and major highways. Heritage Heights is on the bus route at end of street and train station to Boston is with in 2 miles."
  • Svrakas74
"Excellent place for families. Big lots beautiful houses, open spaces and brand new amazing High School. Must come and see"
  • Pennymelanson
"Not so much community events, but the younger kids in the neighborhood play together often. They ride their bikes up and down the street. They play basketball together and street hockey. They swim at the various houses. It is a cul-de-sac, so not a lot of traffic on the street. It’s a nice friendly neighborhood."
  • Dnickles101
"Old time friendly feeling area by the lake very peaceful and quiet many families and older couples well lit at night time and separate but close to the highway "
  • Noahpacheco777
"There are stores all around and many parks. Super markets and all different kinds of food places are super close to each other"
  • Derek
"Great kids (and adult) recreation programs. Good schools with brand new high school about to open. "
  • Rey M.
"Coming from Salem MA, I see a huge difference in the school district. The schools themselves are smaller in Billerica which is in my opinion better for the students to learn."
  • Ru D.
"Not great for 9-5 working schedule if we take the route 3 into Cambrisge or Boston, but certainly manageable if we avoid the traffic hours. Other than commute to work, our location has many advantages such as easy quick access to major highways and shopping malls and plazas."
  • MC
"people do not pick up after their dogs And trash all over this town Billerica town clowns get paid to do nothing!!! Should use House of correction Inmates to work roads and clean after all tax payers pay to keep them in their. I never understood why Massachusetts doesn’t use sheriff officers and inmates for more things . Ohhhh yeah what would town clowns do ? "
  • Isabel-arellano
"This is a very safe neighborhood, I’ve seen kids around, it’s crossing the street from a school. People is very friendly, the neighbors take care of their yards and they’re very traditional. "
  • Dnickles101
"Dog owners would love this area very friendly almost everyone has a few dogs around here and all very well trained definitely a cozy neighbor hood perfect for raising a family "
  • Samanthamckenzie1234
"Friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood, grocery stores, coffee shops, and gas stations are in close proximity "
  • Garvitpatel.3
"commuters train at walking distance. if you have job in Boston then it would be great to leave in billerica "
  • Stephanie R.
"the bus stop for my children is at the end of the road where it was when even I was a child. it takes me about 20 minutes depending on traffic to get to my work on Mall Rd in Burlington. I leave when the bus leaves and arrive around 830, occasionally a little later depending on whether I get stuck behind a school bus as there are 6 elementary schools in 3 different towns along my commute."
  • Lagrossemilee
"My neighborhood is just very quiet and wholesome. Everyone knows their neighbors, and we all enjoy being neighbors with one another. "
  • Flowercita90
"It is an ok neighborhood Not much to do though, if you are looking for a hip place, this is not the place. But it is safe, except for the wild animals"
  • Paul K.
"I've lived here for fifteen years, and have enjoyed it. My neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly."
  • Scott c.
"We all keep to our selves until there is a reason to communicate, but we all know each other on first name basic."
  • s g.
"Our family lived here from 1968 to 2010. It is close to the town center with churches, library, schools and shopping. Billerica is very historic with some of the houses in town from the 1600's. Lots of town events and sports. The center public high school has an indoor ice rink and the award winning vocational high school has the indoor pool. We raised our four kids here and they went to the public schools and then to the colleges and universities which are very close to the town. Our family enjoyed this area and when we retired left to go to warmer climate, but we come back and visit those family members who still live in the area."
  • Hubba1975
"The Ditson School District is one of the best."
  • Linda D.
"My community in Billerica is quiet and safe - never a problem in 13 years we've lived here."
