      "I donโ€™t see dogs running loose. Lots of barking with little concern for neighbors .lack of discipline from dog owner to keep there pets more quiet. I do not hear dogs barking at night. "

      "I've lived in old north for the majority of my life. I've watched it go from good to bad to what it is today. It's not the best neighborhoods but definitely not the worst. The city is working on making it a nicer place to live."

Just in a few blocks of my house I have neighbors that speak 4 different languages but also have learned English. Everyone works or goes to school we have a few stay at home mom's and 1 stay at home dad that I know. We look out for each other and we love chatting when we see each other outside. Friendly people in the city who would have guessed!!!."
