The duck hunting takes place in both of the fields and within the timber of Bear Slough which bisects the property. There is a large landowner just to the North and the South which farms for waterfowl and holds thousands upon thousands each winter which helps put birds over and on this farm. The highway 38 frontage provides an excellent place to build whether as your primary residence or a duck lodge for hunters.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went to school here and my children went to school up until we had to move to Little Rock. We loved Des Arc, the teachers are great and they care about the kids. Yes they had some administration probs, but they have since moved on. I do not like Little Rock schools, my kids level of education has gone way down since we had to leave Des Arc. As the old saying goes 'You don't know what you got till it's gone'Parent Review16y ago
