The living room and family room flows well to the kitchen making it easy to entertain family and friends. All windows were replaced with energy efficient windows in 2022 to minimize heating and cooling costs.
Parking is in the driveway or in front of the house in the street. Every window has mini-blinds. Garbage is picked up by the city of Hampton. The backyard is very large and shaded with a shed. The house is close to nearby schools.
Pets (dog and/or cat) are permitted. Dogs must be a breed that is not typically considered to be a dangerous breed. The pet deposit and security deposits are fully refundable.
The schools are asbury for elementary; spratley for middle school; and Phoebus for high school.
The house may be available prior to January 27th.
Military Transfer clause provided for active duty service members. Lease is 1 year than can go month to month after 1 year. The security deposit is due within 2 days of lease signing. The signed lease and security deposit "secures" or "reserves" the house for you. (and for me) The pet deposit is due before move-in. Naturally I prorate the 1st months rent (if applicable). The rent is due on the 1st each month.
The renter transfers the utilities on the day of occupancy or the next business day but this change must be called in or done online about a week before occupancy.
I don't participate in the Section 8 program.
