This end row townhouse with off-street parking is in the city's historic Ross neighborhood - close to the ballpark - the train & bus stations - hospital - eateries & pizzerias - 6 blocks from the center of Lancaster with all its cultural & gastronomic events. The 1st floor features a living room, dining room & kitchen. There are 4 rooms on the 2nd floor: front bedroom & a middle room which is a walk-through bedroom but could be partitioned off for privacy. Between the middle room & the full bathroom is a dressing room with a large closet. Stairs from the dressing room lead up to the finished 3rd floor bedroom. Basically in good shape but in need of cosmetics, this house is being sold as-is. Recent improvements include replacement windows, a re-built, lined chimney, & a new gas furnace. The rear shed roof was replaced with new rubber as well as the rear shingled roof this summer. The owners, both licensed Pennsylvania real estate agents, have no knowledge of any material defects and are not interested in correcting any minor deficiencies. Tenant occupied at $1,280/month plus utilities & trash on a month-to month basis. We do ask for 24 hours' notice to show.
