Three bed room, 1 bath, garage, large rear deck, flat well landscaped yard, hardwood floors, heat pump, energy efficient. 3 blocks to Canton Middle and Pisgah High School as well as Canton's brand new 2 million dollar swimming pool and park. Hiking along the Pigeon River. 2 miles to North Canton Elementary and 3 miles to the Ingles Supermarket.

Two year lease required.. $1300 rent, $1950 security deposit.
Background and credit checks required for all occupants age 18 and over. $40 each. NO pets and NO smokers. Minimum monthly take home pay requirement is $4500. No section 8 and no mountain projects.

You can walk to Two convenience stores and a few restaurants, a comic shop, a brew pub and a few other things. Far enough away from Asheville to be enjoyable but close enough to get there if nerd be.
