Looking for tenants willing to sign a year lease. Tenant will be required to pay rent online through Rentler.

Minimum qualifications:
- Income must be 3 times the monthly rent
- Tenant must have good references
- Tenants can?t have evictions
- Tenant must have credit score of at least 600
- Tenant must pass background check
- No smoking
- No pets
- Occupancy limit: 2 people per bedroom

"Very safe quiet area of this part of Orem. Management says that we live on an island. Great parks, restaurants, libraries, etc in the area. Many kids to play with. Not too far from the mall, freeway, and UVU. "
