New 3.5 tons Carrier (Seer 16) high efficiency AC unit has been installed in June 2021. Whole house was tiled and interior painted in 2011. Kitchen remodeled in November 2019. New cabinets and huge 116 X 54 inches high quality granite has been installed. Exterior was painted March 2016 and two feet wide gravels were placed around the house.
