About this House

HIGHEST AND BEST BY MONDAY JUNE 26TH AT 8PM. Affordable Living! New sewer line, newer HVAC (2010), windows and storm doors (approx 2015). Seller is doing everything but the house roof for city inspection now so price was increased. Relax on your large, covered front porch. The hardwood floors are in good shape throughout the living room, hall and bedrooms. A little paint on walls will brighten it right up! The kitchen has plenty of oak cabinets and counter space. It also has a large window by the eating area that overlooks the backyard. The yard has some lovely perennials around the perimeter. The basement is partially finished with a large family room area, complete with pool table and bar for entertaining! There is an office/flex space in the basement along with a laundry room with a workbench or folding table and plenty of storage. This home has been well taken care of but, it does need a new roof on the house, which was taken into consideration when pricing. The garage roof is newer and still good. Garage was built in 1972.
