NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED. There is a laundromat one street away for washing your laundry as there is no use of laundry facilities available at the rental. You will also have use of the private community playground and park areas, as well as, kitchen cooking and grill areas, which are located on the 2nd floor and shared with the owners. We are located in the Via Marina neighborhood; the Channel Islands & Seabridge Marinas are across the street (it's LESS than a 1-block walking distance) and we are just blocks from the sandy beach. Public transportation is just steps away: the Hemlock/Victoria bus stop is located 20 feet from the front door. We are bicycling distance from NBVC Port Hueneme being as we are located two streets away from the NBVC Victoria Gate. Also, across the street there is a large shopping center complete with a 24-Hour Fitness, Grocery Store, Marina Access, Pizza Man Dan's, as well as, other well known restaurants/eateries!
