Home is nicely landscaped and pleasant to the eye. Mature hostas, day lilies, pampas grass and creek stone around flower beds.

Propane used for cook stove and back up heat. Main heat source is a wood stove that will have you opening the doors and windows.

Plumbing all replaced 2016 with pex line and fittings.

There is a barn, two story chicken coop that is fenced and a store building with a lean-to added.

Wild life is abundant!! Property is surrounded by hundreds of wooded acres and few hunters. Last deer hunt produced 4 deer on first day in 1 hour!! There are lots of squirrels, turkeys and coon as well.

Home has Pomeroy address but only 10 minutes to Albany and 20 to Athens.
