Very nice 3 bedroom/1 bath single family on the North side of Springfield. New kitchen with dishwasher, AC, partial fenced yard, beautiful hardwood floors, and new carpet in bedrooms. We do allow 1 pet per property with a $100 non-refundable pet registration fee and an extra $25 a month. Cats must be fixed and only certain breeds of dogs are allowed. No pit bulls, rottweilers, german shepards, or chows. Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

 No criminal record in the last five years
 No evictions in the last five years
 Steady job for more than a year or steady source of monthly income
 If you are self employed will need two years tax returns
 Take home pay must be three times the monthly rent ($2325)
Sorry house is not Section 8 approved

 Application fee is $20 per adult

Owner pays trash service. Tenant responsible for gas, electric, and water. One year lease then month to month.

    "There is a lot of cookouts and family and community get togethers also. Our community comes together when we really need it the most. A lot of church charities and school charities. Not all Springfield is bad. Also the ymca is a good community even center to. This is my home town and there is still good left in this town. Not all is bad. Also the soup kitchen where it feeds the homeless and also gives the people clothes. There is also basketball courts where the community can get together and play basketball and enjoy it and have fun. There’s a skate park also where younger kids skate and ride there bikes at. There is a lot of bike trails and fields to play sports "
