Upstairs designed for either a bed and breakfast set up, or kids with two bedrooms, playroom in between with cool Reading nook accessible by a small ladder for another sleeping or play space. This would be great for a family or someone who wants to try a bed and breakfast. Need someone who can be tidy, likes to keep a modest garden up (you'll need to mow the backyard, and wants to live in a farm/remote community. Pastures will continue to be used by our cattle herd and hayed. You will have access to the White River which is in your back yard for your fishing and kayaking. Two months rent and deposit will be due along with references. Utilities extra. Lots of large shade trees around house. Roughly 1 1/2 to 2 feet of snow in winter, great for cross country skiing and hiking.

No smoking. Renter responsible for utilities. Starlink internet is $120 per month, works super well. Extra month deposit required along with security/damage deposit. REFERENCES required.
This property is a beautiful old stone farmhouse with an enclosed yard, five minutes from the White River. Miles of hiking and biking trails. Good for someone who loves the outdoors and nature. No hunting, fishing yes for tenant, great for hiking.
