All applications are processed through Zillow. They provide me with a Background Check, Credit Check (soft inquiry including credit score), and current debt information.
- Applicant will be required as part of the application to demonstrate 60 days of W2 paystubs or 1099 tax statement uploaded with their application. Bank statements are not accepted as income verification
- A debit-to-net income ratio of no more than 40% is acceptable. All your monthly expenses will be totaled and cannot exceed 40% of your net monthly paycheck.
In the later stages of the application process, employment, income, and prior rental reference verification will be performed for everyone.
- All factors listed above are weighed together when the landlord decides on a tenant.
- Lease is a minimum 1 yr
- Renter insurance Required
- No pets allowed

- City of Clovis (water/trash/sewer) - combined
- Comcast (Wi-Fi and/or cable TV): All local OTA channels are provided for free through existing antenna
