About this House

This home, 3757 Lyons Dr. is again available for lease as of Aug 8, 2017. It is conveniently located with a balanced commute to either Lancaster (12 miles) or Edwards Air Force Base. The home is situated approximately 2 miles from the west property boundary of the Base (on Rosamond Blvd.) and 12 miles from the west entry gate. An additional 6 to 8 miles puts you in the heart of the base.

The home itself is a well-maintained, 1992 built, home situated at the top of the cul-de-sac.
It has been kept smoke free; those who need to smoke have respected this and smoked outside.

The front door opens into the Family Room (left) with switched ceiling fan & light; the Living Room (situated straight ahead) has a switched ceiling fan & light, vaulted ceilings, and a gas/wood-burning fireplace.

The kitchen and dinning area are to the left and adjacent to the living room where the double sliding glass door allows convenient back yard access.

Each of the 3 bedrooms, and a large bonus room (11' x 22') that could be used as an additional bedroom, have switched ceiling fan & light. The master bedroom has a double sink vanity with a separate toilet and shower area.

The Property has a front and rear yard (fenced) with an automatic sprinkler system.

The house has tiled roof, central heating and air-conditioning, side access to the back yard, and a retaining wall that runs the width of the property separating a sloped area from the flat ground area. A patio area, with cover, lies on the west corner of the house where the "indoors" can be accessed through the double sliding glass door.
