Downstairs is the in-law suite featuring a large living area with a bedroom, a full bathroom, and laundry room. This area has a private entry/exit with a patio off the back.

This home is located in a peaceful neighborhood that is managed by an HOA with cameras at the front entrance and the back exit. This home is also secure with three cameras that cover the driveway, front door, and back patio plus all windows and doors. The security system is monitored by ADT which is your choice to continue use at your expense of $59 a month. I never once had to use the system in all the years I lived in this home.

The neighborhood has sidewalks for exercising or walking your dog on a leash. It is a quiet and safe we want to keep it that way. Please, respect the neighbor's serenity if you decide to entertain.
