About this House

This house is located in a wonderful neighborhood with plenty of nice sidewalks and a pool! Pool passes and trash/recycling included with rent. Utilities, mowing/watering/plant care all included.

Located in SW Springfield close to Battlefield MO but within minutes of grocery stores/restaurants and close highway access. You can get downtown in 20min.

Master bedroom is spacious with a large bathroom including a shower and jacuzzi and large walk-in closet. Three other bedrooms plus another 1.5 bath.

Some furniture included that must stay, plus a storage shed out back not available to tenants. Furniture included is dining table, hutch, and backyard patio table. Garage includes three parking spaces with car remotes and a keypad. Backyard has privacy fence and a concrete partially covered patio.

Trash, utilities, internet, lawn-care, washer/dryer and HOA (plus pool passes) included for $2100 a month! If sharing with roommates each room is priced differently but lease duration must be agreed upon. The base for rent is $1800 but with everything is actually $2100 per month. You only have to worry about one bill! If you don't want internet we can cut the cost by $55 per month. Everything else stays. Lastly, we are willing to accept one payment on the 1st of the month or half then and half on the 15th if that works better for you.

No pets are allowed.
