Description

This is a studio in the HEART OF BUCKHEAD! A studio does not have a Bedroom, but this is for sure big enough for a full or queen bed.

This is an All-Inclusuve studio which has water/Sewer, Electricity, garbage and even internet service included in the rental price. Unit is being leased in As-Is condition.

It includes one gated secure deeded parking space. Laundry is in the building.

It was last leased out at $1120 and $1150 per month. I am currently willing to lease it out at $1050 per month. Plus if you accept the unit as is, I will offer it at $1000! that is a $600 savings over the year! What could you do with $600

Sobu Flats condos has a real nice pool and fitness center, and great roof top with amazing views. You can't bat the location. Map it and see for yourself!

It's a condo which is much better than a similar priced apartment. As most know at an opening price point apartment in Buckhead around $1100-1200 you'll have all manners of people doing Car thefts, break ins and even hold ups. Don't take my word for it. Just talk to any friends you have in apartments in the $1000-1200 range. Now if you have a budget of $1900-2200 for an apartment at the Buckhead retail development then by all means go for it

This unit is available now and I am seeking someone to start a lease in July maybe Aug 1.
Pets are OK with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Credit over 660 please, or the ability to pay multiple months up front for rent to compensate for poor credit. If you are student and just don't have credit then just let me know, I can work with you.

12 month, includes all utilities! Plus internet service is included!
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
