"Franklin Ridge homes are very convenient to I-40, schools, restaurants, Douglas Lake, Black Oak Marina, shopping, hospital and more. A 10 minute drive to Sevierville and 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge with Gatlinburg just beyond, or 20 minutes to Knoxville, commutes are easy and pleasant. This neighborhood is great for families, couples, or retirees wanting a friendly, lovely area."
