Close to everything: only 7 doors down from Glenmore Ave. Bus stop in front of house. No crime issues in 7 years. CPS school district, but less than 1 mile to either St. Martin's or Our Lady of Lourdes. Gamble-Nippert YMCA 1/2 mile away. 1 mile to Kroger/shopping.
