There is no Manager On-Site. So showings have to be set up in advance by appointment or possibly for Open Houses..
The property is garden styled landscaped with cottage styled House Units located in a Residential Neighborhood about 10 blocks north of the Beach. The tenant would maintain the yard areas in the back of the unit.
We usually remodel any newly vacated unit by Freshly Painting with some custom walls and accents. The Units are Freshly Cleaned. The Hardwood Flooring is Freshly Cleaned.
Pets- Small Dogs (No Dangerous Breeds or mixes allowed) and Cats and other small types will be considered. All Pets must be indoor Pets only!. Deposit required for each Pet (limit of one Dog or one Cat allowed only), and/or for the other types of Pets contained in a Cage, Tank, Aquarium a deposit could be charged with a limit of a 5 gallons size only allowed.
Utilities- The Owner pays Electric, Gas, Water, Trash and Gardening on the common grounds. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions.
These units have street parking only!
The application processing fee is $35 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application. We will only take certified funds for the application processing fee (cashier's check or money order or cash, no personal checks). Application Processing Fees are not refundable.
No Section 8 accepted!
For a 1-Bedroom, we will only accept a maximum of 3 people in a 1-Bedroom).
Deposit of $750 (OAC).
Directions- Walnut runs North South and is located south of 4th Street and west of Cherry Avenue.
