  • Trulia User
"My commute is peaceful. The traffic isnโ€™t terrible and a nice change of pace. Where we live is close to the main part of town."
  • Jonathon B.
"there isnt any that i know of off hand. santa comes on a fire truck during christmas time and throws candy "
  • Katharine T.
"Nothing I wouldn't move here if you don't have to the quality of air is so poor. If God ever blesses me to get out I wouldn't look back."
  • Kjckeefe48
"It's the only one I grew up in. This home has become the only place left that feels real to me. I am not afraid of this neighborhood. My family and I moved here when I was age seven. Some of the greatest memories were made here. Life was simple and real. Nothing around you felt counterfeit like and fake like it does now. I feel as though now everywhere I go now, I am on a movie set. It has caused me to become extremely depressed. My own family members act like actors and are mean to me, it's almost as if I've never existed. I am always alone. "
  • Victoria E.
"Safe place to walk around Arlington Dr area. This community is so up-ended after the storm, the few families that are here have tried to make it pleasant."
  • Christine D. S.
"watch your kids. but area is gradually improving. houses are being flipped and new houses are being built. I am not aware of any specific rules to follow. "
  • Jackie
"Terrible transit system. No side walks. Not enough street signs. Bad visibility. Need more school zone signs. Stress need to be cleaned more often. Not enough gas stations or grocery stores. More street lights need to be installed "
  • Jackie
"Often a lot of traffic. Not a lot of ways to get In And out of businesses. Thereโ€™s needs to be more school zone street signs"
  • Unknown N.
"Iโ€™ve lived in this neighborhood for 3 years and the neighbors look out for one another. There is never any crime activity in the neighborhood. There are some wild life in the area but they wonโ€™t bother you if you donโ€™t bother them. "
  • Tibialplateau
"it's quiet and safe for kids and also your property. it'll be gentrified for a long time bc of proximity to the water. not saying that is a great thing but access to waterfront will keep property values up regardless of zipcode. nicest neighbourhood in the area. "
  • terrykimaustin
"Quite neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Close to town for shopping, gas, beaches."
