"Halloween is a huge celebration with the streets closed to traffic during trick-or-treat. People care about their lawn and the appearance of their homes with a high rate of home ownership. Someone is always out jogging or walking their dogs and neighbors are friendly."

"This community is a great place to own property. It's close to shopping for quick errands and also close malls (suburbs), and the downtown scene. There is a great balance of young families and retirees and pride of ownership really shows in this area.
