The home has a newly painted exterior with two tone paint and nice 20 inch porcelain tile throughout. It is super close to schools. It is literally five houses down the street from Johnson Elementary School. Your kids can walk to school. Near lots of shopping, restaurants and quick access to freeways. No long drives to work! 2 Car Garage with lots of overhead storage. Master has walk-in closet. Nice laundry room with storage. The home also has a newer air conditioner/heater for low electric bills. Big back yard with grass and landscaping. Smaller house trained dogs can be accommodated. (The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf Hybrid or any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds previously listed). No Smoking, Vaping, electronic cigarettes, etc inside or outside. Smoking of any type is not allowed anywhere on the property! Refrigerator, washer and dryer are not provided. Deposit is equal to one and a half month's rent plus cleaning fee and pet fee if applicable which can be paid over a couple of months so that it is not as much down for move in.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "
