There is access to Fountain Creek and a couple of different parks in walking distance as well as Ivy Wild if you want to walk to lunch or home from happy hour ;) There are lots of good hills for getting a good work out but they can be an issue on bicycles, but not a problem if u plan your route. Overall I have to say that this area is pretty close to perfect!"

What makes it unique is that great hiking is a 10 minute drive away, so it’s very easy to get away from the hustle and bustle for a while.
