"There is a lot of glass on the side walks so be careful, a lot of cars in the roads, school park right next to the house "
  • Sarah z
"Thereโ€™s a lot of sex offenders in the area so Iโ€™d be careful of letting the kids be outside alone. Other than that itโ€™s a good neighborhood "
  • Trulia User
"Nice community. A little noisy at times. For the most part itโ€™s a nice place to live. Most ppl have lived on this block for quite awhile. I love the Miller Park trail and park. New additions make it so welcoming "
  • Trulia User
"I think theyโ€™d love it. Not all owners pick up poop though and thatโ€™s not neighborly. Most are kept on leashes."
  • Trulia User
"Halloween on Minne Lisa Blvd and the Florence Days Parade are always fun events. Iโ€™ve lived here since 2009. "
  • Guillermo P.
"sometimes the crime in the summer get a little rough. and I still find it hard to allow my kids freely out to ride the bikes or play in the front yard. "
  • Tiannalea
"I drive my car or walk, there are a lot of businesses within walking distance and public transportation is very easy to access if needed. "
  • Stephanieriewe
"i Drive about 17 minutes one way for work. The area has a couple of nice grocery stores close by and a few fast food places close by."
  • Odetienne402
"I have lived in Omaha for 15 years, im ready to move elsewhere but until im able to to get a judge to ok us leaving the country i guess were stuck here until then. I used to love living here, until I realized more and more people dont care, are cruel and heartless, and when u give ur word it used to mean gold, now a days, people can care less, and wont hold good on their word or their promises. I wish things would go back to the old ways, things were definitely much easier and better living back then.. "
  • Courtsgod
"Only lived her 6 months, I feel safe And my children can go out and play which is most important to me"
