The staff shows zero empathy toward parents, and the lack of accurate information is overwhelming. In my case, I called to request important details and ended up even more confused because the information provided was incorrect. The employees don’t seem willing to help anyone; it feels like they are just there to collect a paycheck.Unfortunately, the school district assigned my child to this school, and although these comments should serve to improve things, it seems that no one cares, as nothing ever changes.
