Lease Terms:
1. **Lease Duration
Minimum one-year lease term.
2. **Monthly Rent

3. **Security Deposit

The rental is suitable for a maximum of 4 occupants. Any additional occupants require landlord approval. No subleasing
8. **Termination
Early termination of the lease requires a written notice and may be subject to a penalty of two month's rent unless agreed upon otherwise.
9. **Property Inspection
Periodic property inspections may be conducted by the landlord or team member, with proper notice to the tenant.
