The house is in excellent condition but needs a good cleaning. It is zoned commercial and is within miles of the interstate. The house is on 37th Street and 1st Avenue. First Avenue is one of the busiest highways in Nitro which makes it great for a business! When the house was first built a doctor used it as his office and home.
