"Terrible. Route 10, route 46, route 53 and Littleton road are some of the most congested areas in this area not to mention 287 traffic. I don’t think it’s parsipanny fault I think a lot of traffic merges here and maybe more options needs to be explored to mitigate. "

"Lived in area for 40 years. Very rich with different cultures, cuisines, etcetera. Quick access to emergency services. While having a car is necessary, it is a crossroads for highways going in every direction. There are plenty of options by car, bus, rail for commuting."

"There are a lot of dogs in the Fairchild neighborhood. Many of the streets in this area have good sidewalks for walking. However, it can be busy with traffic at rush hour as there are major roads passing through this small section of town. "
