-A licensed contractor must build the new home and the county will not allow an rv or mobile home to be placed in the subdivision as permanent residence.

-There is a foundation already laid from a previous house demo. Not sure of the size.

-Storage shed on property I think 8x10?

-Septic tank already on property and access to city water and electric poles.

-The land is .36 acres the back yard leads into woods and is in a culdesac it is a beautiful lot with a lot of character

-Catoosa County is where it’s located if you have any further questions about their building and housing codes and regulations you can ask them.

-Property has a 10ft deep huge in ground pool that needs work.

-Yes you can go by it is posted no trespassing so you need to notify me and get permission because our neighbor watches the property.

-Buyers must fix a retaining wall at back of property got damaged by a tree is coming into neighbor property. If done yourselves will probably cost less than a couple hundred.
