The decks are maintenance free Trex decking with lighted wrought iron railings and they offer ground access via stairways on each end of the deck.  As you leave the living room and head towards the door to the garage, you'll see a conveniently located half bath. The heated garage has room for 3 cars and measures 1056 feet, has fluorescent lighting, water, 2 floor drains and floors that are finished with epoxy coating.
 
The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with a walk in closet. There's a full bath with a tub/shower combination, a family room with a brick, wood burning fireplace and a wet bar. There is a large sliding patio door in the family room that takes you out to the ground level, covered patio that features a centered, cascading fountain with flower garden.  Off to the side of the patio, you'll find a hot tub tucked in the corner, which is only a couple years old and is included with the house.  Also in the basement, you'll see plumbing for another laundry area and storage room and closets.
 
Upstairs you'll find the large master bedroom and ensuite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in closet, a heated whirlpool tub, and a separate toilet/shower room. Across from the master bedroom is a laundry room/half bath with a laundry sink and overhead cabinets.  You'll make your way down a short hallway and step down into a den that has a beautiful wet bar with overhead cabinetry, recessed lighting and back shelving. Just off the den is a bonus room with a closet that could be used as an exercise room or a nursery. There is a large sliding door in the master bedroom that leads to the upper level private deck, which wraps around to a door that leads back into the den. This is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening while you gaze at the beautiful back yard or just enjoy the marvels of river life.
 
Additional amenities include irrigation system, a huge garden spot, central vacuum system, Bose sound system, security system, Generac generator, expanded electrical panel and newer driveway.
