Description

Huge daylight basement apartment with very Large 3 bedroom / 1 bath apartment for rent 2291 Square Feet / all bedrooms are large and 2 of the bedrooms have walk in closets. The dining, kitchen living area are already over 900 Square feet. In addition there is a Den, laundry room and the bath. Den can be used for storage as well. We also created a patio for the renters right by their entrance. It has a very large rolling island in the kitchen for seating, work space and extra storage.

Utilities are a flat fee of $ 150/ month. My last renters stayed for 3 years. I will not raise rent if you plan to stay more than1 year. NO Smoking or illegal Substances allowed.
Animal Policy: Yes, dog 1 max, 25 lb limit. $400 Deposit with $75/monthly fee
Showings will start June 1st 2021 all day.

    "There are a lot of fenced yards, both front and back. Many of the homes are dog friendly with nearby dog parks. However, there are also a lot of owners that let their dogs run leash free on their walks that do not have good recall. There are also a lot of dogs that jump fences when they’re larger breeds and the fences are not high enough for them and can cause territorial issues. My smaller dog has been attacked several times in her own yard. "

    "I would guess about 1/2 of the people here have dogs. They’re all very friendly. We have an HOA that requires they be on a leash and owners must clean up all dog poop. Everyone seems to follow the rules very well. I don’t personally have a dog but I don’t mind any of the dogs being outside. I can never hear dogs barking from inside my house, I can only hear a dog if I’m outside at the same time as the dog or have windows opened. "
