This 3 bedroom / 2 bath mobile home is nicely situated on a large lot in Verde Lakes, five miles east of Camp Verde and walking distance from the creek. It includes a range, fridge, and a washer/dryer.

It features a fully landscaped fenced yard..and includes weed control monthly. It also has a small shed for outside storage.

Heating is propane and the house also has central A/C.

The rent is $975.00 a month, which we discount to $950 if paid by the first. Move in costs include a $975.00 security deposit and a $200.00 cleaning deposit. The total move-in costs are $2125.00 which are required in order to move in.

We will consider a single mature pet at our discretion with an additional fee of $25.00 per month. They must be spayed or neutered. We do not allow puppies, kittens or fish aquariums.

Our insurance policy does not allow certain breeds including pit bull or pit bull mix, rottweilers, dobermans, chows, akita, presa canario, wolf, or wolf dog or dogs with a prior bite history.

This is a no smoking property, that includes the smoking or vaping of ANY substance inside the house and the burning of incense.

We do require a 1 year lease and are looking for someone who would like to stay even longer.

If you are a Veteran or one of your family members are or was in any of the wars you could be eligible to become a member of the American Legion Post 93. The people there are great and always welcome new people with open arms. Camp Verde may be small but we have a huge heart. It's a great town to live in."
