    "Pros: Good school system. Very little crime. This residence is within walking distance of two restaurants, gas station/party store, churches, two bars, park, school, auto repair, bank, dollar store. Quiet with little traffic. Cons:Horrible hard water that smells sulphuric and no water softener can tackle this. Wet basements. Nosey neighbor. little opportunity, limited shopping, night life experiences."
