About this House

Luxury in every finish, quality in every system: this Park Hill remodel is an entirely new home behind timeless bones! NEW ROOF (2025), FULL SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT, ALL-NEW PLUMBING, COMPLETE REWIRE WITH NEW 125-AMP PANEL, NEW FURNACE & AC, NEW WATER HEATER, AND ALL-NEW WINDOWS. Every space in this 4-bed, 3-bath home was thoughtfully curated: refinished hardwood floors flow through an open kitchen featuring quartz countertops, designer tile, champagne bronze fixtures, and all-new stainless appliances. Cozy up to the electric fireplace wrapped in stone tile. Upstairs, the primary suite delivers a true spa retreat: soaking tub, dual custom vanities, double showers with rain head, and lighted anti-fog mirrors, all outfitted with premium Delta shower and bath fixtures chosen for efficiency and longevity. The finished basement adds a second suite with full bath access, wet bar, and egress window, ideal for multi-generational living or rental income. Outside: patio, open yard, fresh xeriscape, and a new extended concrete driveway with room for 3 cars plus RV parking. New paint inside and out. Minutes to downtown and shopping and walking distance to Dandy Lion Coffee Co., Ruby's Good Shoes (the hip new all-day brunch spot), and Long Table Brewhouse. And the neighborhood's future is bright: Denver's new 155-acre Park Hill Park, the city's fourth-largest park is taking shape nearby, backed by $70M in funding for trails, sports courts, and restored open space. An intentional, top-to-bottom transformation, every finish curated, every system replaced. Not a single project left to do. Enjoy!

"lots of parks for your dog to run & play . a few area bars lots of restaurants and a few gyms and yoga places close proximity to are grocery stores."
  • Desiray M.
"ive been living in this neighborhood since a kid. I love it here. Its like nostalgia living in the neighborhood again"
  • Scott L.
"This area is only 2 miles from the 16th St. mall and 1.5 miles from the big box stores in the Stapleton shopping area. This unique development is suburban living in the urban downtown. A bicycle is my preferred method of transportation in the summer. A nearby rail station will open in 2016 to provide transportation to the airport and Union Station."
  • Gfrancis7185
"I moved to Northeast Park Hill in July 2012. So far, I've been very happy. This neighborhood used to be a very bad area. In the 1960s, there were race riots and a local shopping center was burned. In the 1980s, the bloods spread to Denver from LA and made this their home territory. However, in recent years, much has been done to improve the area. The derelict shopping mall at Dahlia Square was torn down and replaced with a senior center. There have been improvements to libraries and rec centers. Stapleton and the retail at Quebec Square made the area more desirable. Crime has fallen every year since 2005, although there is still some gang activity around. Public transportation is pretty good. The area is close to Downtown, City Park, the retail and biek trails at Stapleton. Although some of the neighborhood schools are bad, the area is full of top-quality charter schools, including Denver School of the Arts, Denver School of Science and Technology and Swigert-Macauliffe International School. Another very big deal is that houses in the neighborhood are still cheaper than comparable ones right across Martin Luther King Blvd and pretty cheap for Denver in general. The area is not perfect. Aside from the residual gang presence, the area suffers from small houses and some very dirty alleys. But overall, I give it a thumbs up."
  • Scott L.
"The location is perfect with stapleton shopping just 1.5 miles to the east and the 16th St. mall only 4 miles to the west. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and is completely removed from pass through traffic. "
