Great Price on this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Fixer. Living room and kitchen have vaulted ceilings with wood beams. Kitchen has oak cabinets, stainless sink and counter tops that all look to have been installed in about 2011. Renters made many unauthorized changes and did not inform the seller when there were problems. The air conditioning is working and there is an evaporative cooler on the roof, but the seller has no knowledge of it ever being used. The gas heater has been disassembled. The gas water heater has an ongoing leak that has done damage to the floors in both the south bedroom and bathroom. This 16 X 60 singlewide manufactured home was built in 1983 and placed on this property in 1991. The septic tank was installed in 1991 also, it's been pumped and inspected and is in good working order. The 50 X 112 lot is fully fenced with shade trees, a steel shed, a nice concrete driveway and sits in a quiet neighborhood with stick built homes on each side.     "I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "
