Do you have a big dog and need a place to rent and call home? I am looking for awesome long term tenants who enjoy a beautiful yard since we have both large front and back with lots of entertaining spaces plus a large deck. The whole property is fenced, with real grass in the front and artificial turf in the back. The house is small, but quaint and updated throughout with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, plus a large detached add on bonus room (great office, playroom, gym, in-law unit) off the one car detached garage. It offers indoor laundry hook ups. The kitchen has granite and stainless appliances, hardwood floors throughout. We also have ceiling fans in both bedrooms and recessed lights in main living areas. There are 2 sheds, plus garage for storage. The house is on corner with a cute diner behind and only 5 minute drive to the ferry and 2 minutes to the freeway. The location is key for a commuter to Marin, Concord, Berkeley or SF.
I love my house and we just decided to buy bigger only 5 minutes away. We want someone to love it too! I personally have several pitbulls and would love to help someone who is struggling to find a home with their dogs. We will continue to have the yard maintenance completed monthly at our expense. There's sprinklers in the front yard, and front and back will likely only need a good manual watering 1x a week.
All utilities (water, PGE) are the tenants responsibility + rent. The move in deposit is $2600 plus first months rent and we will require proof of renters insurance. The monthly rent is $2600 with a 1yr lease. We will need proof of employment, current Checking account statement, credit score check and no chance of possible furlough.
