Description

Imagine enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening on the private deck with multiple patio spaces. You have a 50 foot stream and a six foot fountain to provide you with soothing sounds. A natural gas grill and fire pit allows you to make an easy meal with s'mores for desert easy plus an unblocked view of Pikes Peak caps it all off. Have the best of both worlds with trees around the house for privacy and open meadows. This wonderful home features a tile roof and stucco exterior surrounded by low maintenance, fire mitigated landscaping. The owners purchased the home in 2005, and have continually made remarkable improvements and updating. First a complete remodel of the kitchen and entryway was completed, followed by a remodel of the master bath and bedroom. Next professional artists updated the walls from partial knockdown pink paint into a Tuscan troweled neutral interior. Three bathroom renovations took place next, followed by an upstairs bedroom. The work on the exterior followed, and included replacing the aging wooden deck with a brick balcony, along with trex surfacing and erosion prevention. The final improvements included replacement of the indoor hot tub and the surrounding deck, along with a workshop in the basement area. Of the just over 6000 square feet, only one bathroom, the mud room and the storage areas have not been upgraded.
