Single car garage is attatched to shop is insulated and has electric forced air small furnace. 200 amp service wired for rv and welders. New 160000 btu natural gas downdraft furnace in shop is not insulated yet. House needs trim work and finishing touches. Stainless appliances . Some built ins , 3x6 stained glass from burned church in mora and historic window from grain exchange presidents office. We have most all materials to finish even some original trim and doors. Century link high speed internet available. 53 foot high cube shipping container included. 8 foot 3 wide inside and over 9 feet high. Will hold vehicals, boats or toys. Has some metal shelving included.
While existing septic is working and usable as is it will need new well and septic to get conventional financing. Can be done for under $22k. Bamboo floors and fir on main level. Cherry trim in living room with curved top Windows. Steel siding.
Replacement estimate $635k in 2005.
