We have so many cherished memories in this home, but our son has gone on to college. So it is time for another lucky family to enjoy the wonderful lifestyle in Buford.

Our favorite spot in the home is the gorgeous, well-lit sunroom addition. Large and inviting, with hardwood slat flooring, ample windows, tall ceilings, and a ceiling fan, it is the perfect gathering place all year-round. Swing the French doors wide, and enjoy the cool breezes throughout the home.

The home boasts 3 bedrooms with one full bath off the main hall and another full bath accessible through the master bedroom. The living room features a large brick fireplace. We used this large area for a dining room and two separate office spaces. Exposed wood ceiling beams compliment the airiness of this space nicely. Bring your creativity and make it your own!

The home is very pet friendly, with a fenced in rear yard, resilient flooring, and a new steel exterior door with an XL doggie port. The back yard includes a spacious storage shed (with new maintenance-free LP siding) and a 5 person above ground hot tub.

You will enjoy the fruits of our ongoing landscaping efforts which include a hedge of knockout roses in the front, bookended with tasteful and fragrant Korean Lilac trees. In the rear yard, you will enjoy the scent of Confederate Jasmine and Honeysuckle, providing visual screening as they attract butterflies and hummingbirds in season.

It’s always a sensational location to get cardio in. Our community is accommodated with a splash pad for the littles. I would love to see more for kids though— A small fair perhaps? Bouncy house event? Egg hunt during easter? An addition of swings and a slide would not be terrible. Other than that, beautiful and safe community everyone is kind and caring. "
