The large Master Bedroom suite is on the left. The tile Kitchen opens to a tile Breakfast nook and the tile Family Room. All of these rooms have sliding glass doors that open to an 8 x 20 covered lanai, which opens to the 12 x 24 A-frame caged and screened lanai. The flooring in the lanai area is rubberized-carpeting. All of this looks over the vast, open lake. The two guest bedrooms with the 2nd bath are on the right, off the Family Room. There is no pool on property, but ample space to add one. The community pool is within walking distance though. There is a 6 x 6 laundry room, which opens to the two-car garage. Regal Oaks was built in 2001 and has 120 homes in a residential family neighborhood setting very close to shopping, the new Town Center Mall and close to I-75. The HOA is self-managed and meets once a year every March. The annual dues are only $425.
