The apartment is located in the Melrose section of The Bronx, close to shops, restaurants, laundromats, subway (2/5/B/C/D) and buses (Bx15/Bx21). It is close to Yankee Stadium and Bronx County Courts. It is only 2 subway stops away from Manhattan and makes for a short commute to work.

The rent for this apartment is $1,900 per month. To move in I ask for the first month's rent plus one month's security deposit ($3800 total cash), copies of your driver's license or photo ID and copies of your last 3 pay-stubs.

The applicant must pass a background and credit check and must fill out a rental application. There will be a non-refundable fee of $19.99 for the credit check.

Minimum income required: $80k/yr.

Upside is there are a lot of things that are in walking distance and third Ave is a hop, skip and jump away. If your out during the day it is ok but late at night just be mindful of your surroundings"
