There is a strict no pets, no smoking or vaping on the premises. Direct TV satellite dish install is prohibited. Contact to verify renting criteria. By Appointment Only. 1st + last month's rent, along with $3100 security deposit ($550 cleaning fee non-refundable) due upon signing. 12-month lease. Utilities not included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the lawn and abiding by HOA rules. $50 non-refundable fee paid by each 18+ y/o applicant. We do not accept portable screening reports. No roommate situations.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
