Updated all fans and lighting in the house, new window treatments includes electric closing treatment on slider. New interior/exterior paint, all new toilets. Replaced all air vents with custom bronze face plates including air returns. Replaced all values under sinks and toilets and outside water outlets. Replaced all door handles and drawer pulls in the entire house. Upgraded all inside lights to LED. Updated all cabinets inside house, Remodeled guest bathroom, Updated Primary bath, updated formal dining room lighting and added wall sconces. Added new wall sconces in the entire house, including floor lights. Professionally installed network with Access Point inside/outside the house for internet connectivity. Installed Sonos speakers in the living room. Installed Picture Frame Samsung 65" tv over fireplace. 5th bedroosm is being used as a home office.
