Showings will be this Sunday, March 6 from 1 - 4 pm. Must have appointment. Pet limit: 2. Small dogs 25 pounds or less when full grown or cats. Laundry room is coin operated. Landlord pays electric for exterior lighting and laundry room. BBQ with propane gas for all tenants to use. Two lemon trees in garden courtyard. Tenants pay electric and gas.     "I like my neighborhood, 8th and redondo is perfect, it’s quiet rarely loud, a lot of dog parents and older folks, random stragglers but nothing scary or unordinary, I’m from LA and this part of Long Beach is kind of the suburbs with streets like 4th 2nd and Redondo that you can walk down and go do social things and go home right around the corner and it’s back to quiet. "
