Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and dining area. Laundry facilities on premises. Parking is available on the street only. Only $1,500 per month, ALL UTILITIES PAID with a $1,300 security deposit (on approved credit). All utilities paid by landlord. No pets. Tenant moves out on July 31st, and though unit is not ready, apartment will be shown on Thursday, August 1st from 12:30pm to 1:00pm, so call before arriving and then come on by! We will schedule future appointments as well, if the apartment is still available. Property is located between Long Beach Blvd. and Atlantic, one block north of Market Street, on the corner of Elm and Louise Street. Near the Fire Department, U.S. Postmaster and shopping.
