About this House

Kitchen remodel with new tile, appliances and carpet 2004.
New roof in 2011
New heat pump installed 7/1/2015.
It has been beautifully landscaped.

Refrigerator was replaced in 10/2019 with a side by side stainless steel whirlpool.
Stove was also replaced with a LG 5 burner double oven (one is convection)
A Kitchen Aid stainless steel dishwasher was installed. Kitchen sink was replaced with a Franke Granite Composite sink and a Delta Touch H20 Faucet.
All sinks were replaced in the Bathrooms.
Interior Painting was done in 2020.

    "I live pretty far out on Ahtanum but it’s a beautiful place to live. Where I live there’s plenty of field and wildlife. It’s nice and quite but a little bit farther from town that I like. Luckily the school buses come out to where we live to pick up and drop off my nephew. I love how quiet it normally is out here and how you can sit outside and enjoy the peacefulness. "
