Walk to Hidden Canyon Park or one of the few Carlsbad Dog parks. Five minutes to either I-5 or Hwy 78. Five minute drive from "Carlsbad Village" where there is plenty of shops and restaurants and the beach of course. Schools are top notch elementary, middle and 2 high schools close by.No HOA or Mello Roos. I love it and so glad I bought my home here 13 years ago."
